Any difference with California trucks ?

Is there any difference in newer 3rd gen Cali trucks compared to the other states ? I remember some 12valve had lower HP ratings, and many other vehicles are "detuned" for California laws.

In the 3rd gens, from 03 to 04.5 there was the HO, and the CA legal SO.

4.5 up had the 50 state 600.
