Can you hear the BTSI click when you step on the brake? Could be a bad BTSI solenoid. It's located up in the column. Sometimes it can be hindered by a misadjusted shift cable.
I'd go back and have the dealership adjust the shift cable and inspect the BTSI solonoid.
