I believe the t-case is a 10mm and the 6spd is 17mm. I have a big allen that I used on a VW that fits the 6spd but no numbers on it. But, I think someone said that it is a 17mm.

I made a mistake in an earlier post about these sizes. I was confused ....

anyway, 10mm for x-fer case and YES 17mm for the shaker....

If you don't have a 17mm allen wrench handy, do like many others including me. Take a bolt that a 17mm wrench fits (I used a Ford flywheel bolt) and put a couple nuts on it locked together. Then you can use a wrench or socket with it to remove the plug. 8)

It doesnt hurt to weld the nuts to the bolt.
