Ok, so I think its the Air temp sensor. Its the sensor on the stock air box that is held in with 2 screws and has a plug with i think 3 wires running to it. Anyway - my dealer cant locate me another one and I need it badly! can anyone help? here is a pic of my set up - I have my sensor bedded in epoxy and I need a new one! help

Thanks for the help...

I found what I needed on my own. the sensor is a dual-function combo. I now know what it monitors - instead of guessing around.

Oh, and its like $60+ now to shell out some cash.

Well, it's not the type of thing where you have an extra one laying around...

So what did you do to your other one??

That's the one that'll throw the code for "high ambient temp". I KNOW, I forgot to plug it back up after changing air filter
