Question Adjustable Ball Joint Problems

I have a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel 4x4 with 250,000 miles on it. About six months ago I had the alignment done. It was chewing up tires like crazy. It went through a set of 1,250 dollar BFG's in 20,000 miles compared to its usual minimum of 55,000 miles. This truck has no suspension mods done to it. When I took it to the shop the mechanic said that in order to correct the camber back to where it needed to be it would have to have adjustable ball joints put in it. It did good for a while, but recently it has started to wear these new tires excessively on the outside. When it was out of align previously it was wearing tires on the inside. Also, ever sense I had the adjustable ball joints put in it, the steering has been super sloppy. Some of the old symptoms that it had before I got it fixed have come back as well. It is harder to turn in one direction than another, and it has a slight shake at higher speeds . One time when I went over a bump to get on a bridge on a highway, the truck started shaking violently like it wanted to tear the steering wheel out of my hands. I slowed down and it went away. I imagine that it felt a lot the rumored Ford Death Wobble, although I have never experienced it myself. What would be the solution to these problems? Was the mechanic wrong and were the factory ball joints just worn out and should have been replaced with another set of factory ones? Also, I think that the brand of the adjustable ball joints was Moog. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Are these adjustable? Whatever they are they better be high quality for that price.

You do not need adjustable bj's unless there is damage to your axle housing (bent).

These are as high quality as you can get.

You cannot use cheap balljoints in these trucks, they will not last.

And these are cheaper than the other 2 high quality options (dynatrac and carli).
