Adding to the ECM plug

I'm putting my PRXB in this weekend, was wondering if anyone knows of a handy little tool for getting the little covers out of the ECM plug.

When I did my 'high idle' feature I ended up pulling the plug off and pushing the cover out from the back, not a real big deal but it would be a lot quicker if I could get them out from the front.

I bet someone knows a handy little trick...?

IIRC the back side of the plug is bigger than the front if your talking about an empty pin plug. They have to come out the back.
