About to hit 50k

I want to switch to a synthetic oil but stuck between Amsoil and Royal Purple, could you guys please share your thoughts on the pros and cons.
Every fluid in the truck is getting changed out

Well you're not switching because of the miles you pound on your truck.

All the oils are the same. Use a good filter and change your oil regularly. Especially with those low miles.

I agree with Lost Lake, change your filter when you should, add oil, run the crap out of it. if you intend on trying Royal Purple run the math first, if your going to run each oil change three times longer because the oil is advertised to be the best, take note, whatever kind of oil you run, the engine is going to produce crud (particulate matter)to put in your filter regardless what oil happens to be in the motor. the good ole fashioned "change your oil at factory reccomendations" is pretty spot on.

I have first hand experience with RP, it is a top of the line oil.

This 5.9 is not oil sensitive. Any good quality oil will do as long as it meets or exceeds Dodges recommendations.
