I have a 04 1/2 build date 02/04 6spd.The truck has had clutch rattle since new.You could hear the rattle when you first cranked the truck when it was cool,as soon as you drove a few miles the rattle was gone.This rattle could be heard over the engine running.You could engage the clutch or put light presure on the shifter and the noise was gone until you released and it was back.I gave it to 6000 miles with my fingers crossed hoping it would go away.The dealer spoke with Dodge and was advised to replace the clutch disk.Just picked the truck up tonight I'll see in the morning if it has vanished.They also polished out the rail dust and replaced the driver door seal that was ripping from rubbing the door edge.LOVE THE TRUCK JUST GETTING THE BUGS WORKED OUT IS A BUMMER.

I'v put 2500 mile since clutch replacement and rattle is gone. Had the tsb 18-037-04 done and milage is up 1.5 mile per gallon running empty. I noticed the other day the driver door seal has ripped again.
