Question 4x4 Newbie Questions

Is it common for the inside wheel too lockup, while the truck lurches, when in 4 wheel turning sharply? Is there any common problems for the 4 Wheel drive on th 06 2500?

That is normal for any 4X4 on pavement or high traction situations.

Yeah its also common to tear up your drive line or suffer from steering wheel kick back on pavement. Turning on pavment in 4wd is not a good thing to do.
