48re upgrade torque converters and rebuilt parts

Who/what company has the best quality , in your opinion, upgrade trans rebuild parts and which to avoid

Use to be Goerend was the trusted good TC etc

I might be getting my 2005 48re built . Local small town trans guy has been recommended. Not sure what brand Torque Converters etc he uses

I had a p1756 gov pressure code so depending what the bottom of the trans pan looks like , I might just rebuild the trans if we see any shine stuff

I rebuilt mine at 200K miles. I think I would vote for a full build. Upgrade the flywheel too and replace the rear seal. Upgrade the pan too so you can install a temp sensor.
