I have tomorrow off so I will adjust the front band and check the connections. So far adding that half art helped it from dropping gear in a turn. I still don't understand how it got that low

I have tried adjusting the TV cable several times both ways and it is not helping. My trans shifts perfectly except for when I'm in stop and go traffic and when I slow down to a stop. I'm gonna try adjusting my bands also even though I only have 61000 miles on it. I really don't want to throw a bunch of $$$ at the trans if I don't have to so I'll try the simple stuff first...

Ok I adjusted the front band. Before I took off I decided to check the codes again even though no cel is on. It threw a P1756. Looks like I need to replace the gov. solenoide again.

I put in a new solenoid. It still acts the same. I did the battery disconnect to clear the code but it is still there. Are tranny codes cleared differently?

P1756 Governor Pressure Not Equal To Target @ 35-40psi

That could be the transducer not reading correctly or even a bad connection in the trans control harness. Need to run some pressure tests to see if the pressure is actually off or if its the sensor.
