45mph vibes?

45mph vibes?

My truck is starting to vibrate at 45 mph, which is actually a lot worse than the occasional 2100 vibrations. Anyone else having this?

My 2nd gen 2500 does that at 45mph, but only when towing. Without a load, it's fine. Likewise, if I push in the clutch or shift up to 5th, it stops. Sometimes it vibrates pretty violently.
