hi guys

i will change the axle ratio from 4.10 to 3.73 if this good idea?

how i can find out wath for axle i have on my truck?

should be a metal tag/tab on both sides of your differential. it will say 3 73 or 4 10 on it, or you might want to try your door sticker, inside the drivers front door.

I bet he's asking if its a early small rear diff.or the later bigger diff.Heck I know the sizes just brain dead at the moment. WHY do you want to go to 4.10s ?? Never heard of TAGS on the 3rd generation diffs.That seemed to have been dropped on 3rd Gens/AAM axels.Danas had tags.
