I am wanting to put some of these on my truck only I didn't know if going from a 235 to a 295 would cause any alignment problems ?? Did they have to realign the front end on your truck ??

Changing tire size will have no impact on the alignment. You are not changing any of the suspension or steering dynamics. pre-existing alignment issues may be more noticeable with new tires, regardless of size.

Do you really have 235's on your truck? I thought the smallest stock tire on a 3 gen was a 265?

I have had the Nitto terra Grappler AT's for over 35k miles, but not on stock wheels. They are nice quiet tires. They are wearing a little quicker than my previous set of BFG AT's, but I will still get over 50k out of them.
