I'm no mechanic but what about the lock on the Ignition, would that have something to do with it???? Is it possiblethe key ignition is flawed somehow???

Well i got my truck back after 2+ weeks at the dealer now. The steering box they had to replace, had a code of PO606 i think it was so had to replace the PCM 2 times because they couldnt get my reverse lights to work and my navigation now says chrysler. They cant seem to get my navigation to say dodge for some reason so they ordered a new unit and see what happens from there.
