2006 G56 service & upgrade?

2006 G56 service & upgrade?
It would appear that there are two types of transmission coolers for the G56.
The TRANS-COOL and Fast Coolers.
Anyone with experience with either? How much more ATF fluid is needed for both - 1qt additional for TRANS-COOL and 2qt additional for Fast Coolers...correct?
They both have temperature NPT ports setup
TRANS-COOL - two 1/8 NPT
Fast Coolers - one 1/4 NPT?
Due to getting ready to open up my G56, might as well check to see if one of these is worth installing.
