2006 Dodge 3500 runs rough

My 2006 Dodge diesel started running rough about 3 weeks ago. I could never get any codes to come up.....but tonight I took it out and got after it and was able to get these 2 codes PO 148 and PO 513. I've been looking at the site and seen that PO 513 is basicly when you pull the key out and put it back in. Also upon further investigatioin I found out the other code is a fuel problem. My question is what is the fuel problem is it my pump, injectors, ect
Thanks

You might want to start simply by checking your fuel filter/water separator for excess debris. It is possible you may have contaminated fuel. Are you experiencing a lack of power?

I do not have a lack of power it lights up the back tires as normal and still pulls good. Its just hard to start in the mourning and it never used to be. After it warms up it idles rough
