Question 2005 quad cab shifts funny

I just bought a my first dodge diesel and I think it shifts funny. It shifts good and smooth until I hit about 60 miles an hour then it acts like it slips or lags for just a second before it shifts on out, any idea what's causing this, Possibly need bands adjusted?

Shifting Funny

My Truck will hold in gear longer sometimes if it is under load, it seems a little fickle sometimes, usually if I let off the accelerator it will go ahead and shift.
Not sure if this is what you are talking about though?

No Knuckle Head it's not like it is holding a gear longer it is more like it slips or jumps back and forth once before it goes in to higher gear doesn't matter if Iam towing or not.

I am trying to remember but I believe by 50 mph you should be in 4th and the T/C locks at about 55mph. The last shift you feel maybe the T/C locking.
