p2509 ecm/pcm low power input signal intermittent

p2607 b air heater low input

i have the batteries on charge , and i going to check all the grounds and clean them all again as i just did when i put the enigne back but am at a losss hear ,,,,, any help would be great thanks guys...

update

update

i did all the grounds and added some more , and cleaned everything . now i have no codes , but the truck still won't runn . i cracked open the injector line and i have no pressure there , so does that mean CP3 is no good ??????? is there a way to check it ? are any other things i can try , i do have lift pump pressure at the cp3 . just no high pressure at the injectors just about the same as lift pump pressure... if i had a bad drivers side battery would this happen ?

i really need toget this thing out pf my hair

why would you think its a battery problem? just asking cause i think you need to explain more info, like condition of the truck, and the mileage on it etc. i would be interested in knowing how you had codes then now you have none? and the fact that you had a ecm code, make me think you have a problem there, and maybe it doesn't command the FCA to build pressure for the rail? when you say you cracked a line, which did you crack lose, and how did you do it? i will gues not running, and that would be very bad if you had pressure there and cracked a line, that might cause injury, and if you cracked it lose, not running there wouldn't be any built up pressure there, at least none of the trucks i have worked on, i'm no mechanic, but i have worked on a few. could be high miles, and bad wires to the ecm, or maybe the problem was in the ecm as well, never said why you did all that work in the first place.

ok well buddy that owns the truck forgot about oil changes , and though a rod though his block . so i am had another engine built for the truck , had the injectors checked and they were a pass , now the cp3 is not off this truck and the FCA in not either , i ran the truck when the engine was done reinstalling it , ran great started right up first time , went for a five min drive and shut if off to run in to the store and get something , come out truck fired right up then stalled , wouldn't start since , as for the codes going away , it was a bad ground and you will always have some codes when you first start a truck when the engine has been out for 3 weeks , as for a battery if you ahve a bad cell in the battery it well give the the ecm a bad signal . as for the rail pressure i have very little on a crank , i no i no it's bad to open them because of the high pressure , but i needed to see , and the FCA is getting a command to work but i am not sure if is working right as i have never played with these trucks much ,

not sure what to tell ya, i had a bad battery once, it was toast, but never gave a bad signal to ecm. i still think you might have an ecm problem, maybe a dirty injector rail if the FCA is getting signal, and working right. you have another CP3 to try out?change out the fuel filter too, don't throw the other out, i know its new, but that don't mean anthying if it picked something up from the tank from sitting. just a few thoughts.
