I'm pretty sure it is the same as mine.

Disconnect negative cables, remove valve cover, turn engine until the TDC mark on damper is at 12:00. (Use barring tool, or you can probably turn engine backwards via the alternator pulley).

If both #1 rockers are loose, then adjust Intake on 1, 2, and 4 and Exhaust on 1, 3 and 5. Measure lash between the arm and the crosshead with cold engine.
Make sure all the lock nuts are at 18 ft/lbs and recheck.

If the rockers on #1 are tight (on overlap between intake and exhaust) then do Intake 3, 5 and 6, and exhaust 2, 4 and 6.

Rotate engine 360, and do the others...

555's are .006 to .015 intake and .015 to .030 exhaust. I don't think it has changed, but lash should be posted on the emission tag under the hood. The book says to just make sure the lash is between the two values, and that there is no benefit to trying to get them on the tighter or looser end of the range...

I know the maintenance schedule doesn't call for an adjustment for a long time. Have anyone of you third gen owners found them out of spec when checking them early? Just want to know if it is worth the effort to do them ahead of schedule. Thanks.

Did my valves at 20,000. All were within specs but on the looser end. I adjusted them to .010 intake and .020 exhaust just because I was already in there with oily hands. It did not make any difference as far as noise or anything else. It won't hurt anything to wait until suggested adj. time which is like 100,000 or 125,000 miles.
