2004 3500 3.9l trouble

i have a 2094 ram 3500 with a 5.9 l quad cab long bed with 265,000 miles on it and I just noticed Saturday morning I started it up and let it warm up got the family in it and headed down the road got on the highway and started getting up to speed then all of a sudden loss power and the temp gauge went up to the red check gauge light popped on then went away and got the power back and temp went to normal. Did it again this morning. Not sure what it is thank you for help in advance

Did you check the Flux Capacitor? I hear they fail all the time in the 2094 models.
