I am new here so be easy on me.
I just bought a 03 that was not running, it does turn over fine.
the Alt, Fuel gauges do not respond and there is no P code at all it will not even display p code or done, it does display C-codes AA, AD.
I have changed the PCM, fuse box and BCM and also bought a gauge cluster, and new batts. all with no change, I have cleaned the grounds under the hood and above trans and on left front frame.
The gauges do full sweep and lights all come on with the trip button trick.
anyone have any ideas or suggestions.

I'd pull the fuel filter and verify that the lift pump is actually working first. If fuel is verified then I'd check the FCA.....if it doesn't tell the ECM that it sees between 3000-5000psi then the ECM won't fire the injectors.

Sounds like a fuel issue. Keep us posted on what you find.

 

The truck was out of fuel when I bought it so I put fuel I it and jumped the lift pump to prime the system.
When I crack a injector line it seems to be getting plenty of fuel but I do not know the pressure.my lift pump does not activate at all with out jumping it ( the relay is good).
I will be out of town for a few days, I will work on it when I get back.
