1st year for EGR

2004.5 was the first year for the kitty, but when did the 5.9 get EGR?

No EGRs for the 5.9 that I can think of. Started on the 6.7L.

CA trucks used EGR in '97 & '98. 12V's. I think they were discontinued w/ the 24 valves.

Yeah from late 96-early 98 the California 12Vs got EGR...I don't think it was very effective personally....
