Other than that... not much more, if anything
And the dually has a wider back axle by about an inch
Frames are the same and the engines/trannies are the same

Cab lamps aren't standard... neither my 03 or my 04 have them. But I beleive that with the CTDs, the suspension was the same. The only way there was a difference between the 25 and 3500s was if it's a gasser.

It depends. There are 3 possible configurations. 2500, 3500SRW and 3500DRW.
2500: 3/4 ton springs, Cab lights are an option, GVWR 9000lbs
3500SRW: Same springs as 2500 with overload springs, Cab lights are standard and GVWR is 9900lbs
3500DRW: Diffrent Main spring package with overload springs, Cab lights are standard as well as DOT required tailgate lights, Obviously 2 additional wheels and GVWR is 12200lbs(I think)
The engines are the same on all 3, Frames are the same and I have also heard the brakes are slightly larger or thicker on the 3500. The 2500 and 3500SRW have a 4 leaf spring package (3500 also has the overloads), where the DRW has a 3 leaf spring package and overloads.
Hope this helps.

For the few dollars difference go with the 3500 SRW as it gives some 700-900 lbs more cargo capacity. This can be important when you start loading up on accessories and cargo. As an example I just weighed my truck this past week and with a full tank of fuel, me, my toolbox (about 1/3 full) I tipped the DOT scale at 8000 lbs even. For trips I add the wife, 2 German Shepards, a fat Dachshund, and a 25 ft 5er. I am then in the high 17000 lbs area combined weight. JMHO
