Was feeling the injector lines last night for some odd reason. Last 5 weren't doing it, but #1 had kind of a pulsation to it, like checking your own pulse, but the beat was much faster. Does have a ticking noise that goes away, hardly any smoke, oil level doesn't rise. Thoughts, comments, and or suggestions appreciated.

 

You are probably going to notice number 1 more than the others because it doesn't have an isolator clamp on it I think. Mine doees the same thing that you are discribing.

No problemo. I ran across this same issue about 6 months ago, but I had a line isolator loosen up. Took it to the local injector guys and they shut down each individual injector to find out which one it was. I was still under warranty then so I finally took it to the dealership. I didn't even get to sit down in the waiting room when the service writer came over and said I was ready to go. You talk about embarrassed, the mechanic was standing there and told me about the isolators loosening up over time and needed to be checked out and be fairly snug which took about 5 min. Theres alot of pressure going through there and they can sound like somethings about to go.
