06 Dodge Lotto codes engine labor

Pull codes p0107 p0118 p0073 p2509 u1421 p0107 p0073 high input and low input codes period just replace the ECM could this be a problem

Check all battery connections. Make sure they are clean, tight and not broken/cracked. Also do the same thing with all the grounds. Check pigtails for any bent or corroded pins. Get the batteries tested.
