i have a 05 3500 i lost the water pump and it flung water all over the engen the alt was soak along with everything else i got it home but the alt quit chargeing i just figur cause it was full of colant i put all back to gether today started the truck up an the check engen light was on but the gauges all work and the alt was hot to the touch and truck only ran for about 4 mins i took it off and had it check and they said it was good so if anyone has advice i would apriceate it

The batteries have a lot to do with our trucks... bad connections or bad batteries will ruin some trucks.
