03 cr wont start.

I have a 2003 common rail and it won't start. i put 2 new batteries injector pump industrial injectors fass 150 pump ignition switch crank sensor and a computer. i unplugged the fan thinking it was causing the wires going to injectors to not get enough voltage and it still won't start.

Are you getting fuel to the rail? I'd start by checking the simple things first and we can go from there.

Why the ECM change?

yes there is fuel getting to the rail i havent took it off when it is running to check pressure bc of the high amount of pressure but i did after i shut it off. I also took it to the dodge dealer and it brought up a ecm code and they had a spare to try and it didnt fix it. the codes it read was p0541 p2607 p021 p0201 p0202 p2146 p2509 p0483 it dont get fire to the injectors i believe whatever makes it all start working could be it but idk.

Are those codes stored or active? Did you clear codes to see which codes returned? Whats the cranking fuel pressure at the rail?

Those codes relate to injector circuit supply, fan speed, ecm signal, and grid heater relay......If the ecm switch didn't solve anything I'm not real sure where to start.

Did you make sure all wiring harnesses were plugged in after the upgrades? Maybe a possibility of a wire or two getting pinched during the process? Other than what you have mentioned, does everything else "electronic" in nature function?

I cleared the codes once and they came back i cleared them again and the ecm code comes on. Ive checked the plugins and they seem fine and yea when its running so far i believe everything is working like the fan, fuel pump, and stuff like. when i turn the key on the fass will pump it up to 17psi average to the CP3, when it quits the pressure drops.

Make sure all your ground points are clean. They're located on the fenders, above the batteries.

i checked the grounds and there same as perfect i asked around and they said that the spring in the pressure release valve could be getting weak and let it open too soon i got the pressure checked while it was cranking and it was 495 at the most andf the sensor was asking for 5000 psi

You changed the ECM. Okay and after that how did you get it to fire up. Give her a little shot of ether or propane? If I was you, got to question the ECM programming... don't you think. Got her running didn't you with gas, so the 03-04 can have the Cali. SO,or HO software. Next is your injector solenoids, what is the replacement ECM telling the injectors to fire? Dude you need a DRB scanner that the dealer has! Reading between the lines check that out. Got a smarty..
