Wonky Taillight ....

Well I got the fast flash while using the right turn signal. Burnt bulb right? Changed the bulb, only to have the same thing happen. When I turn on the lights, the right rear bulb glows as if my foot is on the brake all the time....any Ideas?

Remove bulb and check for corosion, that usually happens when the contacts are dirty, bad gound so it grounds through the other circuit.
