Where do the vacuum lines go??

I have just changed out the heater core and a/c eveporator had a buddy helping me out and he disconected the vacuum lins from the HVAC box. He didnt take a pic or write down where they went to. So now I have only cold or hot with no blending. I can hear the blend door moving and air blows from where the slector is pointing. I guessing that I have a line crossed or something not hooked up right. If someone knows where I can get a colored pic of the vacuum lines or tell me how there's are hooked up or just take a pic for me it might help. I have haynes man. but it doesnt have a good write up on where the line go. Any help or advice would a great!!!

Thanks

Pretty straight forward remove the trim around the dash, radio,HVAC pannel,2 bolts from the botttom of the stering colum, E-brake and hood levers, 4 bolts on eather side of the bottom of the dash and ones by the windshield. pull the D/Sdash out about 6-8 inches and P/S out as far as it will go. remove all the bolts from the fire wall that hold the HVAC box and with alittle twisting the box comes out. Its really not that bad. all in all about 5 hours only problem is the vacuum line that my buddy did. Its just overwelming to get started but not to bad of a job.

ok, thanx. this is how i replaced my heater core a couple years ago. i have a leak though and need to do it again. good to know the HVAC box will come out completely. i just cut the heater core tubes in place and coupled with rubber heater hose on the new one.

thanx for the info. hopefully someone will chime in with some more info for you. i will pay attention to this when i do mine again.

There should be a 4 port connection that has various colors of line attached. That one is easy. There should also be one or two black lines that run into the hvac box. I though they all had connectors that only allowed them to be installed one way. There is a possibility you have pinched them under the box itself upon reinstalling it. It took me two tries when I did mine and wouldn't work properly.
