Do you need the entire tube w/dipstick , or just the dipstick itself?

Additional info

You can also order from a Cummins dealer. I ordered mine from Cummins Southern Plains which serves Texas and Oklahoma. I had to call it in but it arrived in a few days. I think it was around $20 delivered a few years back.

Mine was puking a little oil out of the dipstick, I was missing the seal and a new stick stopped the drip

Geez guys isn't it easier to replace the little O-Ring on the dipstick insted of the entire thing. You should be able to find a O-Ring and a local hardware store...

An ear of my dipstick handle was broken off as well and the rest was cracking. Never even looked at replacing the o-ring

What seals the dipstick on a 12v?

Can anyone snap a pic of their 12v dipstick?

I want to see if all of my parts are there...
