The part where you can manually pump up your fuel filter on a 95 Dodge is attached to a round part that has 2 wires coming into it on top what is this and what does it do. It's directly under fuel filter. Any help would be greatly appreciated as the wires are pulled loose from mine. Thanks Rodney.

 

Fuel heater. A lot of guys disconnect it, its a place leaks happen from quite often.
