So I stuffed a rear disk Dana 70 under my dodge last year, the yard cut the e-brake cables and my drum cables dont match. I visited napa to order new ones but they had 3 to choose from for a standard cab 2500 automatic with the rear disk. Anyone know what ones to order?

 

There must be some standard cab 01.5-02's out there with rear discs.

what year did the standard cab automatic 2500 go rear disk? Guy at napa seen a part number change in both 1999 and then again in 2001.... I honestly dont know if its a 2000 or 2002 dana 70 rear axle

 

Its known as the 2001.5 model designation that started the rear disc brake option, and a few other things, however some guys have 2000's with rear discs.

You will need to compare the cable lengths between the quadcab shortbox and standard cab long box. I am not sure which has the shorter wheelbase. There were no 2500 standard cab shortboxes.

My NAPA guy would get me all three so I could compare, yours might too.
