What color is this wire?

Replacing the dash and harness on the 98 4X4. THis block is under the dash and connects the main harness with the PDC. The wire that is circled is BARE. No insullation. The only other wire on the harness that is not connected is a RED / YELLOW tracer (about a 12 gauge?) Does this red / yellow tracer go where the bare wire is?

Where can I find this plug in the FSM?

Don't know if the 97 is the same, but fuse 7 is listed as 12 Gauge Red/Ten and is 40 Amps. It is for the Towing power circuit, which would perhaps make sense.

You find it in section 8, wiring. Not easy to track back, your eyes go nuts trying to find the size/color combination listed.

So it is pin 67. Black and Orange. Ground for the flashers. There is no TRACE of the rest of the wire in the harness on either side. There was a ground splice run to the BK/OR line on the dash panel.

Still haven't figured out what the RED / YELLOW 12 gauge is. It has been cut but I cannot find the spot on the junction block nor a blank pin...
