Water on Passenger Side Floor

I've read some post on water on passenger side floorboard, but how does water get from the third brake light to the passenger floor board. Ive got this problem on a truck I just bought

Im not sure, but I re-sealed my 3rd brake light and now my cab is dusty dry threw the winter where as before I had mold growing my my seatbelts and headliner

Extend the a/c condensate drain line about 3"....the water will run back along the drain into the cab.
