water leak in cab on the floor drivers side

After it rains;the floor on the drivers side in the front only gets saturated with water. I thought it was the rubber door seal but I tried to force water in with a hose and it didn't leak. I also poured water down the air vents in the cowl and it also did not leak. After washing the truck I noticed the floor got wet. I don't know were the water is getting in. Any one had the same leak? My friend also has the same leak and he does't know were it is coming in. Both trucks are 1997.

Either clearance lights or the high mount stop light.

Mine was the high mount stop light........ Ended up using silicone to make it seal up, never a drop since.

thanks for the suggestions. I will take a close look. If it is one of those two spots, how does the water get all the way to the drivers side floor area only and nothing else is wet but there is a puddle in front of the drivers seat?

You should feel lucky, typically the front passenger floorboard gets wets instead.
