truck interior trim seems to be falling apart!

This weekend while on a fairly lengthy drive in my '01.5, I noticed the plastic panel around the rear side windows had come out of the body of the truck and was just flapping in the wind!

I looked at it and can't seem to locate how to put it back and if there were any clips that had come out. This comes right on the heels of about a 2" crack in the dash. To slow the progression of the dash crack I purchased a windshield sun shade from the local parts store.

It seems like the interior is acting up a lot lately. Does anyone have an idea how I can fix the rear panel?
