Test question's on lights

I need your help.
I just purchased my truck a few months ago. Not for sure just how everything works, so i am going to the experts for advice. That will be you.

On my head light switch (rotary) is my background lite burnt out or is it by design not illuminated at night.

On my steering wheel, is all of my controls illuminated at night or is the background bulbs out.

Is every thing illuminated or am i like alway's, still in the dark.

Thanks you for helping me see the light.

What year model truck is it?

On my '01, the headlight switch does have an internal light. Mine is currently burnt out and awaiting a replacement switch. No way to replace the bulb that I'm aware of.

IIRC just my window switches light up. The Fog light light comes on in green just below the switch when I pull them on.

Fill out your sig in the "user cp" (upper left hand corner under thread header) so we know what you have.

Yes, my light switch does illuminate when the lights are on. Three positions and a scale for the dimmer for the dash.
