On my '96 auto 4X4 Cummins, the steering wheel is worn out. Add to that I'd really like a tilt column. Add to those two, I can get a nice tilt column with new looking steering wheel from a 1/2 ton '96 4x4 gasser for peanuts.
Hollander says they don't interchange. But they physically look compatible. I haven't gotten deep enough into it yet to see how much headache the cruise vs. non cruise wiring could cause. Just wondering if anyone has done something similar My searches didn't find anything. Thanks in advance
