Steering wheel adjustment
Steering wheel adjustment
I think I've seen some discussion before on this, but I need some clarification.
My truck drives straight, hands off but the the wheel is to the right. I can't bring it back to center without making equal and opposite turns to each tie rod end, right? If I just make an adjustment on one side this will throw off my alignment? Other than those tie rod ends, there's no other way to adjust the linkage to that pitman arm.

Thanks
Re:Steering wheel adjustment
Its easy look by the steering box the adjusting sleeve closest to that is the steering center only. that bar should go from the steering box out to the right side. Loosen the two 15mm lock bolts and turn the sleeve one way or the other for ADJ
Danny
Re:Steering wheel adjustment
sorry didn`t know it was a 4X2, Don`t guess on those adjustments take it to a alignment shop, small changes to the outer sleeves can sometimes be more than you think.
Danny
