Steering Box Adjustment

I adjusted the steering box to remove some of the play before I get a new track bar. I had to turn the adjuster on the box about 1/2 to a full turn. At least that is what I think since when I loosed the locking nut I think the allen adjuster screw turned too so it could have been less. If it was this much, is that bad? Pete

That's fine as long as your steering wheel trys to return to center after turning.

Yes it does. I haven't noticed any problems returning. It took most of the play out. Pete

Where is this allen screw? Do you have to take off a cover or something to get to it?

It is right in the middle of the top of the box.
