starter ground wire

Would someone please tell me where the starter ground wire is grounded at. It would be s great help.

It is the Aluminum part that bolts to the Cummins and the Trans housing or Bellhousing bolts to. The Starter bolts to the engine adapter plate.

There is no ground wire. The case is the ground.
