Depends what your goal is. Noise, Looks, efficiency.

4" to 5" isn't going to add any performance, just adds some noise.

6" tip looks kinda too big in my opinion, at least on a stock height truck.

I beleive the turbo outlet is only about 3" in diameter so increasing the pipe size after that is really only going to help lower egt's a little.

Stacks are for kids, I use my truck for work.

How can you fill a car driven by a punk with his seat all the back and reclined and rap music blasting at a red light with a cloud of black smoke with a stack?

Stacks don't help it go so don't belong. Suit yourself. It is your truck but don't do it because you want cudos for screwing up hauling ability for non-functional looks.

just asking how a stack has ever scewed upo hauling ability. still use my turn over ball. can still use hitch. again to each there own. I think the only downside to the 6" stack I have is that i forget and throw a pepsi bottle in the back of the truck and next thing you know it is melting. for the kid or punk or whoever. is playing music to loud for you. my stack is usually louder than there music and usually they get pissy. but i dont care about putting smoke on the cars next to me.

I never understood putting a rain barrel in a truck bed. Then you get to blow sooty water all over your truck and the wifes car. Any diesel is loud enough without all that. Cool? annoying to most others around. I call stuff like that a "come get me". Thats what it shouts out to every do nut eatin cop with nothin better to do.
