I have an 02 quad cab and wanted to know if anyone knew the size and deepest mounting depth possible for aftermarket speakers in the stock locations, thanks!

 

I would call cruthfield 1800-955-6000, they have always helped me and they have great prices.

 

Door speakers are 6x9. Some places list a very shallow depth, but there's lots of room between the sheet metal of the door and the plastic door panel, so it's not too hard to put a spacer in if necessary. I have no idea what the rears are in a quad cab.

 

I would get onto Crutchfield too. You don't even have to call. They used to have vehicle speaker specs listed on their website. Its been a while since I've looked on there but its definately a great place to deal with.
