Silver Star "Ultras"

Saw a TV ad for "Ultras" last night.
I have had Sylvania's Silver Star headlight bulbs for 2-3 yrs! Are the Ultras different/brighter... or just a new name for the same brighter than factory bulb??
Their web page does not list Ultras as a separate bulb??

My friend tried a set of those same bulbs in his F-150, the only difference I could tell was it was more of a whiter (if that's a word) light, other than that they didn't shine any further....

fwiw, other discussions have indicated the Sylvania special bulbs tend
to marginal increased lighting and major reductions in life time.
