Seat Stuffin

Hey Guy's, the driver seat cushion has broken down under my left butt cheek to the point where it's bugging me. The previous owner had the seats covered in leather and it's holding up fine. When this happened to you did you go to some local interior shop for repair of the seat stuffin's? Thanks. Tim

I did mine another way. If you look at the link, the picture above step 3 shows the clips holding the cover on the seat. With the seat in place, reach under, pull on the side clip toward the center of the seat and pull down. Do the front clip the same way. The seat cover will come up. You can lift the old foam and put the new stuffing and bracing (I used a wax cardboard) under it. Reverse the clip off procedure and you're done.

Cutting the foam and cardboard was the longest part of the fix.
