My 95 Ram 2500 4x4 w/Cummins is very rusty. The latest indignity is that the driver side seat belt floor anchor rusted apart and now there is nothing holding the seat belt to the floor. I have looked around a bit and haven't found any sources for a new one -- is this going to be strictly a junkyard item or does anyone have a source? Maybe I need a new cab instead ...

 

I'd weld a nut to a plate and install from under the cab
