Rust?

I have a 97 2500 it has two quater sized holes in the right front fender, the left side fender has mainly surface rust, the doors has surface rust. Was just wondering from your experience what should I expect to pay at a body shop to get it replaced? Thank you.

Go to a dismantler , get good fenders & doors , and put them on yourself .
What area are you in , I have some good fenders ?
Do not cover up the rust with bondo or paint , its like cancer it needs to be cut out , making replacing bolt on parts cheaper & better quality .

If rust is not all the way through you can sandblast area with spot sand blaster (at low pressure not to warp panel) and then you can prime/paint whole panel.

I had a body shop remove the rust from the bottom of my doors/rocker panels and repaint not only those areas but the entire lower panel of the bed as well--all the way around--for $500. The guy pointed out to me that my two-tone (maroon on top, gray on bottom) didn't quite match. It was like they used one grey on the doors/rockers and a different one on the bed. I didn't see it until he had it parked under a streetlight, then you could see it plain as day.
