replaement sway bar link mount??

replaement sway bar link mount??
So I broke the sway bar link that is attacked to the coil spring pocket. I have seen replacement coil pockets but not the part where the sway bar is mounted since it is 1 piece. has anyone seen this? or do I basically have to change the axle?
