on my 06 it fit great. You and a friend should be able to do it in less then an hour. Pull the stock one off and putt the ranch hand on a floor jack. The powder coat lasted longer on mine then a friend that has a road armour and it was more than double the money.

The bumpers are great, the 3 little bolts that hold them at the very end of the frame are worthless. I am trying to figure out how to engineer a bracket that will have more strength than 3 little bolts, that WILL NOT hold the bumper in place if you even barely bump it on something. Great Bumper, poor connection point and hardware.

Just a thought , though they are a good bumper, have you looked at these.
http://www.kenmtn.com/html/wincher.asp They are close by to you in Tenn, and are a good looking bumper with reasonable custom features.

I have the RanchHand rear bumper. It is a great rear bumper. I removed the stock factory receiver/hitch. I bought the RanchHand bolt on receiver, instead of bolting it to the top side I bolted it to the bottm side, then welded it to the bumper.

You need a weight distributing hitch to get the rating out of the factory receiver, you need nothing to get 10K out of the RanchHand bumper and receiver providing you weld the bolt-on to the bumper.

RanchHand is good quality, the poweder coat is tough stuff, takes some real punishment.

I sled pulled with my stock rear twice now... no deflection

I've jacked the front end of the truck with a high-lift jack on my front bumper out of a sink hole.. other than a couple of scratches it is fine...

Very strong bumpers, I wont own another truck without

I have ranchhand bullnose front, and rear one that wraps around the backside of dually fenders.I did not like fact I had to loose my factory reciever, but liked bumper. I mostlly use the gooseneck. I thought about welding my bolt on reciever too, but have not yet. Thats one of first things people say about my truck - "Man, those bumpers look mean"

Doesn't fell loose at all, 3 of us have stood on it. Could have better brackets, but mine feels rock solid. Also the 2 inch leveling kit is no problem, probably to your advantage.
